Indyoga (“Indyoga,” “We,” “Us,” “Our”) is committed to protecting both the personal as well as
business information you share and/or store with us. This Privacy Policy applies to
transactions, activities and data gathered through the Indyoga website, our booking
system of Momoyoga and interaction you may have with related Social Media
accounts. Please review this Privacy Policy periodically as we may revise it without
notice.


Generally, we may collect and use personal information for many purposes, including,
but not limited to: health & fitness, billing, product and service fulfilment, understanding
customer needs, providing a better website, improving products and services, and
communicating with customers & potential customers regarding our products and
services with third party products & services.

We collect personally identifiable information e.g., name, email address, contact
number or similar information if you voluntarily provide us with this information by sending
an E-mail or submitting a contact form through our website. We use this information to
respond to your message and to help us provide you with information or services

Account Registration Information
Use of the booking system Momoyoga and our services require you disclose certain
personal information, including email address and demographic information (including:
date of birth, medical history, sex, emergency contact details) to register. This is then
held with the systems server of Momoyoga.com.


Billing and Credit Card Information
We do not hold credit card or bank details used for purchasing services. Each time you
place and order you will be asked to provide payment.


How this Information is used
The information we collect is for a variety of purposes: to enable your use of our services
and fulfil your requests for certain features, such as enabling you to participate in and
renew paid services as well as marketing analyses of users of our Services to improve our
relationship with our customers; for product development purposes and to improve our
relationship with customers; to customise your experience by allowing advertising to be
targeted to the users for whom such advertising is most pertinent.
