Paddleboarding and SUP Yoga are fun and energising. STAND UP PADDLEBOARD COACHING
Two hour SUP lessons for £100 for personal and bespoke tuition for one or two people only, not with a large group. We supply 10′ 6″ Hatha Paddleboards and PFD, (no wetsuits provided), or you can bring your own equipment. 

These sessions are great for:

– Novices to focus on the basics, including standing up, paddling and self-rescue 
– Experienced paddlers to improve performance and efficiency skills
– Couples/family or friends who would like to try something new together
